I'm Marcy Moreland, a licensed general contractor and the founder of Extraordinary Spaces.

After beginning my career in interior design, I discovered that what I love most is leading thoughtful remodels from planning through construction. Today, I work alongside trusted crews and skilled trade partners to bring kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and whole-home transformations to life.

My role is to bring clarity and momentum to the process. From sequencing and communication to selections and problem-solving, I guide projects with organization, collaboration, and careful attention to detail.

Some clients want a fully guided experience. Others already have a vision, architect, or interior designer. I enjoy collaborating and adapting to each project, helping homeowners create spaces that are beautiful, functional, and deeply personal.

My love of design has been shaped by travel, architecture, antiques, and years spent studying how people live in their homes. Those influences continue to inspire my work, but what matters most is helping clients navigate the remodeling process with confidence and peace of mind.

When I'm not managing projects, you'll find me with my blended family, traveling, coaching soccer, or dreaming up future creative ventures.
