Create a Luxurious Indoor Garden
The weather this time of year is pretty awful. Luckily, there is still a fair amount of sunshine despite the low temperatures, which is perfect for growing plants. The benefits are well-established for living with greenery, and include air purification, mood-boosting, and added texture, to name a few. As you begin to incorporate plants into your space, try to emulate how you’d see them in nature: some hanging, some at your feet, some elevated on tables and pedestals.
Here is a list of some of my favorite indoor plants and trees:
Pothos
Fiddle Leaf Fig
Peace Lily
Spider Plant
Rubber Tree
Snake Plant
Monstrera Deliciosa
Birds of Paradise
Butterfly Palm
Fern
I just picked up a Butterly Palm last week- notice the dimension and depth it adds to the space.
What do you have in your home? What new plants or trees do you want to try?
